Job Summary
Lead operations management for product movement and customer service; oversee budgeting, supervision, training, safety, and compliance; coordinate with the General Manager to develop budgets; ensure safety and quality standards, oversee warehouse inventory, shipping/receiving, and maintenance, and manage staff through interviewing, hiring, training, and performance reviews. Build relationships with customers, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws including OSHA and safety regulations; prepare reports and schedules, direct project assignments, and foster a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years supervisory experience
