Job Summary
Manager, Operations responsible for directing product movement and customer service; train employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; ensure budgeted revenues/expenses and KPIs are met; monitor and improve procedures; coordinate with General Manager on annual facility budgets; ensure food safety and OSHA compliance; maintain warehouse inventory and conduct safety training; supervise and coach supervisors; recruit, hire, and train staff; generate reports; ensure adherence to company policies and laws; manage operations, reporting, and quality control for perishables.
Required Qualifications
