Job Summary
Manage all operations and product development activities by establishing production and quality control standards, developing budgets, and coordinating manufacturing with suppliers to ensure cost and delivery commitments are met. Direct up to five subordinate supervisors overseeing 50+ employees across Special Projects, Shipping, and Inventory departments, including interviewing, hiring, training, and resolving performance issues. Review production reports to resolve operational delays and compile data for reporting. Requires 5 years of warehouse operations management experience, 1 year in cold storage, and ability to work Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 PM to 4:00 AM. Salary range $80,000-$85,000.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations management experience
- Minimum 1 year of cold storage experience required
- Must have experience working in production based/fast paced environment
- Warehouse performance management experience required
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
