Manager Operational Excellence (m/w/d)

Lead challenging consulting projects on operational and strategic transformation processes for national and international industrial clients. Conceptualize and implement optimization approaches along the entire value chain, integrating digital solutions. Drive innovation within the consulting portfolio and actively support acquisition activities. Manage the project team and maintain regular exchange with the partner network. Lead or contribute to internal competence centers in areas such as agility or digitalization, optimizing these units further. Develop and deliver workshops as a moderator, both on-site and remotely. Act as a key partner in expanding the network by providing new impulses. Requires a degree in business or engineering sciences, five years of consulting or production experience, and strong German and English skills.
