Job Summary
Lead the digital transformation for the BA SSL central Manufacturing Process & Equipment Engineering team in Changzhou, shaping and executing digitalization roadmaps. Develop and implement BA-specific digital transformation strategies, analyze complex operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and oversee integrating Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning) into manufacturing and supply chain processes. Collaborate with BA operations, CT Group Sector, and local teams to deploy digital solutions, coordinate local realization projects, drive change management for adoption of new digital processes and tools, and develop KPIs to measure progress and report to senior leadership. Stay abreast of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Proficiency in ERP/MES/SAP and BI tools, with experience in Grafana, InfluxDB, and Node-RED beneficial; strong English communication and desirable Mandarin; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automation, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Production, Automation or Engineering, with at least 2 years focused on digital or automation projects
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies, Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing environments
- Proven track record in successfully implementing digitalization initiatives
- Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and using business intelligence tools to drive operational improvements
- Experience with ERP systems, MES, SAP, MSB, MDA/PDA
- Experience with Grafana, InfluxDB, Node-RED beneficial
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication in English; Mandarin desirable
- Willingness to travel globally as required
