Manager, Open End Fund Accounting (SMA)

Accounting Manager/Senior Manager for Open End Funds and separately managed accounts at Oaktree. Responsibilities include maintaining shadow books and records for open-ended funds and Luxembourg SICAVs, overseeing daily NAV and reconciliations, supervising junior staff, reviewing fund administrator fees, processing journal entries and accruals, assisting with complex corporate actions, preparing financial statements and quarterly reporting, coordinating with auditors/custodians/administrators, and supporting compliance with SOX and AIFMD/Form PF. Requires 8–12 years of accounting/audit experience (Big Four or investment-management mix), strong reconciliation skills, and proficiency with Excel; experience with Geneva systems and data tools (PowerBI, Alteryx) is a plus.
