Manager, Open-end Fund Accounting (CLO)

Lead fund accounting for the Senior Loan strategy; supervise monthly/quarterly closing, pricing, expense accruals, and reconciliations for CLO portfolios; ensure compliance with US/UK GAAP, IFRS, and investment company rules; coordinate regulatory filings (AIFMD Annex IV, Form PF, ADV, CRS, corporate tax); evaluate performance metrics (XIRR, TWR); coordinate annual audits; support automation and SOX compliance; manage fund activity including income/expense allocations, waterfalls, cash forecasting, borrowing notices, and distributions; liaise with third-party administrators and custodians; requires 8+ years in accounting/audit (Big Four or investment management), strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Geneva; CPA/CA or equivalent qualification a plus; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; equal opportunity employer statements included.
