Job Summary
Manager – Online Travel Agency Partnerships to drive Etihad’s OTA commercial strategy by negotiating agreements, leveraging data-driven insights, and aligning OTA initiatives with Etihad’s distribution objectives. Build and maintain relationships with global and regional OTAs, act as primary contact for partners, develop implementation plans, monitor performance metrics, optimize pricing and inventory, and coordinate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Digital teams. Utilize market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities, and support OTA initiatives with Etihad’s NDC and digital distribution roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of solid experience in airline distribution, OTA management, or relevant travel industry commercial roles
- Technical know-how: Familiarity with OTA technology platforms, API connectivity, NDC standards, and digital distribution systems
- Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
