Job Summary
Network with law enforcement agencies to develop partnerships for combating cybercrimes against children and identify gaps requiring technical solutions for effective investigation and prosecution. Deliver training, workshops, and conferences on digital investigation frameworks, while developing software and tools to enhance prosecutorial capacity. Review, develop, and amend policy drafts to improve existing legal mechanisms. Supervise ground-level teams and execute assigned duties. This role involves partnering with agencies to strengthen investigative and prosecutorial capacities in digital crime cases within India Child Protection's mission to safeguard children from abuse and exploitation. Proficient Hindi and English skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with specialization in Computer Science, Forensic Science or related field
- 5+ years of Project management, workflow, time management
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills/experience
- Technical knowledge of tools, softwares required for investigation of cybercrime
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior interpersonal, time management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, successfully complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient Hindi language – spoken and written
- Proficient English language – spoken and written
- Location: Delhi (travel involved outside Delhi)
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Cyber law, Digital Forensics, or related field
- Law enforcement or Government background
- Overseas experience, experience working with international entities, and familiarity with child protection issues
