Job Summary
Onboarding Optimization Manager responsible for Centralized Hiring, Onboarding, Retention, and workforce planning for frontline operations. Hybrid role with in-office work and one remote day per week, traveling across South Florida (Vero Beach to Key West) to interview candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, conduct onboarding training, lead workforce planning, manage offers, ensure on-the-job training (OJT) completion with a dedicated driver trainer/mentor, analyze retention, and deliver weekly/monthly reports to senior management. Requires collaboration with multiple sites and business units to meet staffing goals and drive operational success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree - High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience
- 3 years previous operations management experience (in addition to education requirements) in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations and three years’ experience interviewing and hiring CDL Drivers and other frontline positions
- Valid Driver's License
