Manager On Duty

The Manager on Duty oversees club operations during shifts to ensure a pleasurable visit for members. Responsibilities include conducting hourly walk-throughs of the club, monitoring front desk activity, supervising staff in all departments in the absence of Department Managers, ensuring cleanliness and safety, assisting with tours during busy times, reporting maintenance and member/staff concerns to the appropriate managers, ensuring closing routines are completed, and introducing oneself to new members each shift. Key skills include quick response, effective communication, excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal abilities, adaptability, initiative, and a collaborative approach to driving processes with staff. CPR certification is required within 30 days of hire.
