Job Summary
Manager on Duty responsible for administering policies across casino floor and food & beverage operations, training staff, ensuring guest service standards, cash handling and reconciliation, machine and equipment maintenance, and compliance with gaming regulations. Leads customer service excellence, participates in promotions and marketing activities, assigns staff tasks, ensures adequate coverage, conducts safety and incident reporting, and collaborates with HR on performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with gaming operations, cash handling accuracy, and ability to communicate effectively in English; must be able to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain professionalism.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Casino Management experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
- Must have math skills and ability to calculate money accurately
- Experience with cash handling and gaming operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
