Manager on Duty (Padel)

Oversee daily Padel operations by opening and closing the facility, coaching players across all skill levels, and organizing leagues, tournaments, and community events. Coach private lessons, group clinics, and youth programs while ensuring courts, equipment, and the customer experience meet company standards. Manage court bookings, assist with membership sales, and maintain inventory to drive participation and revenue. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. This role supports front desk operations and leverages deep Padel expertise to build a welcoming community at Sofive Soccer Centers La Pershing.
