Job Summary
Manager on Duty will assist in overseeing gym operations to ensure the club is successful, including supporting the GM and AGMs, supervising front desk and trainers, and performing sales to prospective members. Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, backing up club management when needed, scheduling and supervising staff, resolving employee issues, handling front desk tasks (phones, member check-ins, tours, sign-ups), ensuring facility cleanliness, ordering supplies within budget, and tracking statistics with regular reporting. Qualifications include superior customer service, supervisory and communication skills, basic computer proficiency, energy and work ethic; CPR certification preferred. Hours include weekdays and weekends with rotation alongside CLUB Assistant General Managers.
