Job Summary
Delight patients and lead Wellness Advisors through exemplary product knowledge, customer service, and daily training. Act as the General Manager during shifts by managing opening and closing key-holds, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. Motivate the team to attain sales estimates and revenue projections while managing the location budget and addressing operational problems. Recognize successful moments and make recommendations to the Director of Retail as required. This part-time role requires two years of retail experience, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and proficiency in cash handling and product knowledge.
