Manager On Duty - Fly Trampoline Adventure Park West Anchorage

Lead opening and closing operations by ensuring staff arrival, assigning duties, and conducting security checks to secure doors, account for money, and verify facility safety. Assist customers throughout the facility and respond calmly and professionally to injuries or stressful situations while maintaining company standards. Work in a standing position for up to 10 hours, lifting up to 40 pounds, and adhere to all employee handbook policies and procedures. Serve as the Park Manager's representative during their absence.
