Job Summary
Manage daily operations for the themed, fast-paced dinner attraction, serving as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator. Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace while coordinating with contractors and internal staff on maintenance projects to ensure completion on schedule and within budget. Mentor Department Managers and work with the General Manager to meet company financial and attendance goals. This growth opportunity supports the organization's operations across food, beverage, retail, and guest services.
Required Qualifications
- Direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance and guest services
- Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction
- Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas
- Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budget
- Mentoring and providing direction to Department Managers
- Works with General Manager in ensuring company financial and attendance goals are being met

Desired Qualifications
- Previous work experience in the hospitality industry in strongly desired
- Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of general management and supervisory experience
