Job Summary
Oversee daily operations at EWR Airport by ensuring high customer satisfaction, addressing irregularities promptly, and holding staff accountable for safety, financial, and operational KPIs. Actively participate in the Safety Management System, maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues, and ensure compliance with SLA standards and company policies. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, while assessing and developing team members for succession planning. Coordinate team efforts to maximize operational performance and cooperate fully with inspectors to achieve quality inspection commitments.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years related experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Minimum 2 years business leadership experience
- The ability to manage and motivate personnel
- The ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
