Job Summary
Oversee store performance by establishing guest service standards, managing operating costs, and controlling shrink through regular audits and employee coaching. Analyze business trends to develop plans that maximize sales and meet profit targets, while conducting performance evaluations and recruiting new staff in partnership with HR. Maintain strict financial controls by reviewing daily reports, ensuring timely cash deposits, and managing inventory by returning unused parts to vendors. Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance to uphold merchandising standards. Work a minimum of five days including Saturday, with annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 plus commissions and bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in management or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication
- Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly and annual plans with clearly defined goals for their individual store
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals
- Possess valid driver's license, or obtain a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire date
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday
