Job Summary
Manager, Omni-Channel Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations overseeing end-to-end order fulfillment for e-commerce, wholesale, drop-ship and 3PL partners. Responsible for same-day, high-accuracy order execution, real-time order flow from system intake to shipment, inventory accuracy and control, logistics and freight management (small parcel, LTL, container), receiving, warehousing best practices, returns and donation management, launching and managing 3PL/fulfillment programs, process improvement, health & safety, warehouse maintenance, and recruiting/mentoring the FC team. Leads internal KPI and external SLA obligations (OTIF, same-day ship %, VTR tracking, order/fulfillment accuracy, damage rates), guides multichannel fulfillment operations, ensures rapid, safe, and precise picking/packing/shipping, optimizes ERP/EDI/Shopper portal workflows, troubleshoots system breakdowns, drives labor planning, and champions continuous improvement in fulfillment and inventory processes. Focused on achieving orders shipped same-day, high accuracy, strong SLA performance, safe operations, and scalable capabilities; offers competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in fulfillment, 3PL, or distribution environments
- E-commerce and drop-ship experience
- Proven experience in same-day, single-order fulfillment operations
- WMS expertise and process design
- Experience with order flow systems (ERP, EDI, shipping platforms)
- Parcel/LTL carrier management
- Lean / continuous improvement mindset
- Experience with fragile products an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail essential inherent aptitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and delegate effectively
- Experience in building, mentoring and supporting teammate and team growth
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements
- Strong problem solving skill in live operational environments
