Job Summary
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team delivering vision rehabilitation services for youth; oversee youth programs across Central Florida; drive program improvements, growth, and external partnerships; manage program performance, reporting, and budgets; provide direct client support as needed (including nights/weekends); require strong leadership, program management, and collaboration skills to enhance services for visually impaired youth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation Services, or a related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in youth services, with focus on individuals with visual impairments or other disabilities
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing youth programs; collaboration with community organizations, schools, and families; budget management experience
