Job Summary
Lead and coach a team of specialists to deliver exceptional outcomes by owning and evolving key vendor relationships. Drive seamless onboarding of new products and programs into the marketplace while orchestrating cross-functional collaboration across engineering, finance, sales, and support. Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability. Act as the escalation point for vendor-related challenges and communicate project updates, progress, and priorities to stakeholders. This role requires proven experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments, with extensive background managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives. You must demonstrate the ability to balance business needs with technical understanding and engage stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with cloud vendors such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Adobe and methodologies like Agile or Lean is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading teams within vendor management, operations, or project environments
- Extensive background managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to balance business needs with technical understanding
- Strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working with cloud vendors or ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Google, or Adobe
- Familiarity with project and process methodologies such as Agile, Lean, or similar frameworks
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Must hold valid right to work in Philippines
