Job Summary
Manage and mentor vendor management and fleet teams to navigate escalated department issues and ensure timely resolution of operational tickets. Serve as the primary point of contact for branches regarding vendor service, fleet allocation, and issue escalation. Develop and maintain accurate job aids, training materials, and standard operating procedures for branch staff. Oversee the company fleet program, including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, accident management, and driver compliance. Manage assigned vendor relationships to ensure adherence to service level agreements and contract requirements. Ensure compliance with fleet policies, safety programs, and regulatory standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, plus three years in vendor operations or fleet management. Minimum five years of equivalent work experience is required, including one year in a management capacity. Advanced Excel skills and data reporting capabilities are essential. Full-time in-office attendance at 6688 N. Central Expwy. Dallas, TX is mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, healthcare administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 equivalent work experience in vendor operations or fleet management
- Minimum of 1 years of management experience over vendor operations, fleet management, or related operational programs
- Experience supporting large multi-site operations and managing vendor relationships
- Experience in an employee-facing or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Advanced data reporting capabilities and Excel experience, including use VLOOKUP, IF formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced features
