Job Summary
Design, implement, and continuously improve enterprise-wide learning and development programs that strengthen leadership capability, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with HR leadership, operations leaders, clinical leadership, and executives to identify training needs, develop learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous learning across all Cantex companies. Lead leadership development programs, new manager onboarding, HR training initiatives, professional development pathways, and organizational development efforts that support talent growth and workforce performance. This role collaborates with leaders across Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Pharmacy, Therapy Services, and Corporate Functions to conduct needs assessments and recommend training solutions. Success is measured by leadership training completion rates, internal promotion rates, bench strength, employee engagement improvements, and retention of key talent.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in training, organizational development, leadership development, or human resources
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership training programs
- Experience working with learning management systems and adult learning methodologies
- Healthcare, senior care, post‐acute care, or multi‐site organization experience
- Experience supporting large, geographically dispersed workforces
- Experience facilitating executive and management‐level training programs
- SHRM‐CP or SHRM‐SCP
- PHR or SPHR
- Behavioral assessment certifications (Insights, Predictive Index, etc.)
