Job Summary
Manage BAU supplier delivery activities including work authorization processing, SOW amendments, milestone trackers, and contract reconciliation to T&O MIS/Planview systems. Resolve financial issues and conflicts regarding commitments, recovery, and invoice payments while supporting AI savings validation. Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards to provide monthly, quarterly, and annual supplier reporting with executive-level insights to CPT leadership. Streamline and automate Supplier Management Business Operations Processes and Reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Supplier Management, financial tracking, and executive reporting
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools & platforms and process re-engineering and automation
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office Programs (Power Point, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and Tableau and SQL
- Knowledge of RBC IT project forecasting, development delivery, system maintenance and IT tracking tools (MIS, Plan view, KPI metrics)
- Excellent analytical skills – proven experience conducting data analysis/discovery/aggregation as a foundation to providing meaningful analysis and management reporting to facilitate business decisions at a senior management/executive level
