Job Summary

Oversees clinical quality, operations, and staff performance for the Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program. Provides clinical and administrative supervision, ensures compliance with DBHR and Medicaid standards, monitors documentation quality, reviews staff notes, and leads staff development. Collaborates with internal teams, participates in quality improvement activities, and assists with program procedures and audits. Requires strong communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to handle complex cases and promote client independence.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in behavioral health field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of direct substance use treatment experience
  • 2-3 years of formal supervisory or program leadership experience
  • Knowledge of DBHR, Medicaid documentation, and compliance standards
  • Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
