Job Summary
Translate revenue projections into deployable cash and partner with Water Programs to set the grantable water expense envelope. Ensure balance between donor restrictions and inventory capacity while surfacing risks to drive solutions. Build and maintain a multi-year deploy model for large pitch options with Revenue stakeholders. Manage twice-yearly cross-functional fund allocation efforts and monitor organizational cash flow to execute strategic timing of liquidation. Own tracking, projecting, and reporting for operational reserves to keep leadership aware of emerging risks. Build and maintain a multi-year investment and liquidity model to inform the organization's investments strategy by forecasting returns and stress-testing tradeoffs.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a variety of strategic, analytical, and finance roles
- A background in finance with an established knowledge of financial concepts
- Elite Google and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Google Sheets and Excel
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar systems
- Systems and tooling adaptability with a demonstrated ability to leverage AI to create workflow efficiencies
- Proven history of working well across a variety of teams to solve complex and ambiguous problems
- An ability to own and drive multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
- An aptitude for working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent quantitative skills, an ability to shift between granular and high-level analysis, a love for informing data-driven strategy and the skills to distill data into actionable insights
- A rigorously detail-oriented approach, always triple-checking work, and experience producing exceptional deliverables
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of company sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in cash management and nonprofit restricted funds
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce or similar systems is preferred
