Job Summary
Design, develop, code, test, debug, and deploy scalable applications using Java, Python, Scala, and AWS while implementing Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines. Manage a team of software engineers by conducting regular touch points, providing timely feedback, and fostering a high-performing culture within the Consumer and Community Banking division. Drive data strategy, governance, and risk management for reporting and analytics, partnering with product owners and customers to evaluate requirements and align solutions with corporate architectural standards. Ensure all code adheres to IT Control Policies and Agile frameworks, participating in retrospectives to continuously improve feature teams.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts
- 10+ years applied experience
