Job Summary
Lead a team of entry-level to mid-level engineers by providing direction, oversight, and coaching while managing day-to-day implementation activities and escalating issues to ensure compliance and adherence to business requirements. Be accountable for team resources, budget, and tactical operations, driving the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and SDLC automation to improve delivery speed and quality. Monitor production processes to ensure timely runs, troubleshoot support issues, and collaborate across stakeholders to execute the book of work. Guide hiring, talent development, and responsible data handling while prioritizing diverse representation and agile processes.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts
- 5+ years applied experience
- Hands-on development experience in Java
- Hands-on development experience in J2EE
- Hands-on development experience in Spring Framework
- Knowledge of Rest API services
- Knowledge of json
- Knowledge of swagger
- Experience working with tools like Terraform to provision AWS cloud services
- Experience with AWS Glue
