Job Summary
Manager of Risk Adjustment oversees risk adjustment operations, data oversight, and performance initiatives to strengthen RAF and Medicaid risk score accuracy across markets and partners. Responsibilities include managing risk adjustment reporting, client data workflows, dashboards and performance tools, translating performance data into actionable priorities for leadership, and partnering with Clinical Operations, Quality, and Provider Network teams to drive risk adjustment performance improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and a track record of improving processes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, or related field preferred.
