Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a sales team focused on Gas South’s multi-family and single-family markets; design and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company goals; drive customer acquisition, retention, and market penetration; manage deals and contracts with a focus on differentiated solutions rather than price; build and maintain relationships with industry partners, property managers, owners, and brokers; identify new business opportunities, forecast revenue, and provide performance reporting to senior management; ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards while fostering a high-performing, fast-paced sales culture; travel to industry events and client meetings as needed; require Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of sales management experience (preferred) and CRM/sales-analytics proficiency.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to travel to industry events, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings
- Experience directly managing outside sales representatives
