Manager of Research EMR Operations

Manager of Research EMR Operations leads a team of EMR Analysts to interpret clinical trial protocols and convert them into a detailed schedule of events, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Works with Scientific Director, Physicians, and Program Managers to validate protocol interpretation, manages the amendment intake, and supports protocol reviews and the Clinical Trial Management System. Requires extensive oncology knowledge, familiarity with federal/state regulations and ICH guidelines for human subjects research, and understanding of IRB processes. Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred. Three+ years in oncology, clinical operations, and research; RN/BSN and related certifications (ACRP/CCR P, OCN) preferred.
