Job Summary
Quality Manager for Parrish Healthcare responsible for coordinating daily staffing within the Quality department, leading accreditation prep with Joint Commission and other regulators, monitoring performance improvement and regulatory compliance, supervising staff, and guiding process improvements to ensure timely, effective patient care; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop and evaluate departmental plans, maintain standards, and promote patient and staff satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in quality/risk management or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
- CPHQ Certification
