Job Summary
Quality Manager responsible for managing both business systems and quality functional activities within a site to deliver customer satisfaction and high-quality modules; acts as the voice of the customer, coaches problem solving and system adherence, leads audits and documentation to maintain certifications, develops customer and supplier relationships, directs plant quality staff, and drives continuous improvement using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and PFMEA in an automotive manufacturing/assembly environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Quality Certification preferred (CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt, CQA, etc.)
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of Quality Engineering and at least 2 years in an automotive manufacturing/assembly environment
