Oversees clinic/department operations for the Urology Clinic within Benefis Health System, focusing on staff leadership, regulatory compliance, patient experience, quality and safety, and alignment with organizational mission. Partners with the leadership team to plan, coordinate, organize, monitor, and implement activities; manages employee performance; ensures compliance with state, federal, local regulations, and licensing or certification standards; supports development and adherence to hospital policies; demonstrates ability to handle pressure, deadlines, and diverse stakeholders.
