Job Summary
Manager of Professional Services role leading a team responsible for delivering complex, enterprise-grade deployments of Axon Enterprise products (including Axon Evidence and related hardware/software). You will guide onboarding, configuration, training, and deployment, ensure exceptional customer experiences, manage resource allocation, mentor a high-performance Service Delivery Team, oversee change management activities, deliver technical demonstrations/workshops, and collaborate with business/IT leaders to align project scope with revenue recognition. Requires deep product knowledge, stakeholder collaboration, and travel ~40% with remote work from the United Kingdom.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or Information Technology, Information Systems, or applicable Technical Engineering (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development), or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience in managing teams
- Specialised knowledge in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS
- Project management and resource tracking
- Technical acumen including basic networking concepts and mobile applications
- Experience with enterprise deployments, change management, and customer deployments
- Willingness to travel ~40% within the United Kingdom & Ireland; occasional international travel
- Understanding of Axon products and solutions; experience in law enforcement context is a plus
