Job Summary
Lead the production organization as Manager of Production, directing manufacturing operations through Supervisors and individual contributors. Responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring parts and assemblies are produced efficiently, on time, and within budget while meeting specifications. Drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, manage cost reductions and safety initiatives, collaborate with Quality Assurance, and develop a high-engagement, accountable work environment. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and financial acumen to align departmental goals with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial technology, or engineering or work experience in place of education
- 4+ years supervisory experience with teams of 10 employees or greater
- 5+ years' experience with precision CNC manufacturing equipment, materials, processes, and systems in versatile manufacturing environments
- 2+ years working with lean manufacturing principles and techniques
