Manager of Product Development

Lead cross-functional teams to discover high-value opportunities and transform them into commercially successful product platforms, reducing uncertainty through rapid experimentation and agile hypothesis testing. Navigate ambiguity to align stakeholders, secure resources, and represent programs with executive leadership while recommending project acceleration, pivot, pause, or termination based on evidence. Define and track key performance indicators related to business development and innovation efforts, ensuring goals are met or exceeded. Coach direct and cross-functional team members through candid feedback and shared accountability to cultivate an environment of curiosity and constructive debate. This role operates within Worthington's North American Building Products' Innovation team, spanning from discovery work leading to painpoint identification through to final launch. Requires minimum of 8 years of program management experience in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
