Job Summary
Lead a hands-on engineering team delivering tailored software solutions by partnering directly with customers to understand operational challenges and automate business processes. Guide the design, development, deployment, and support of production-ready capabilities while identifying recurring needs for reusable platform functionality. Remain deeply involved in technical architecture, troubleshooting, and solution reviews to maintain technical depth. Mentor engineers, establish delivery standards, and foster a culture of ownership and customer impact. Collaborate closely with product, platform, and customer success teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering management or technical leadership experience, including experience leading software developers
- Strong hands-on software development experience, particularly in .NET or enterprise application environments
- Experience working directly with customers to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience designing, deploying, and supporting production software
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to travel up to approximately 15–20%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or cloud architecture
- ERP, manufacturing, distribution, finance, or supply-chain domain knowledge
- Experience in forward deployed engineering, customer engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, or implementation engineering
