Job Summary
Manager of Private Dining, Events & Partnerships leads sales and revenue for catering, private dining, and events for Solette Rooftop (Level 13) and Dialtone Seattle. Owns clients from inquiry through execution and follow-up, builds partnerships with planners, vendors, hotels, and corporate clients, and leads proposals, contracts, BEOs, pricing, and event logistics. Serves as the bridge between clients and internal restaurant teams and represents the brands at community and off-site events. Requires 5+ years in events, catering, or hospitality sales/leadership, strong Seattle hospitality connections, organized and detail-driven disposition, calm under pressure, confident communication, and availability to work nights, weekends, and peak event times. Salary range: $35-$55/hour (annualized to $72,800-$114,400), with the Onni Group hiring process involving virtual or in-person interviews.
