Job Summary
The Manager, Pharmacy Practice Regina, leads operational and business planning to connect to SHA goals, partners with system leaders, and develops cross-functional partnerships to support operations. The role involves cascading, monitoring, reporting, and course correction of plans, demonstrating strong leadership to foster an innovative, client-centric culture, and collaborating with system and community partners under the Director of Pharmacy Regina. The position requires working across portfolios to support operations and deliver patient- and family-centred care, with travel within Saskatchewan and a focus on leadership and strategic execution.
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) years experience in healthcare clinical pharmacy practice
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSP)
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Accredited Canadian Pharmacy Residency Program Certificate is an asset
