Job Summary
Manager of Partnerships responsible for developing and strengthening referral relationships across a healthcare system, hospital, physicians, criminal justice, and community partners in the Minneapolis area. Lead efforts to grow referrals and admissions by articulating value proposition, coordinating with intake/clinical teams, tracking referral data, and delivering quarterly strategic plans for top accounts. Collaborates with regional operations and sales teams to ensure alignment of priorities, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet KPIs through in-person and virtual engagements. Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of healthcare, business sales, or clinical experience; knowledge of HIPAA/STARK compliance is essential. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Marketing or Business degree preferred
- Five (5) combined years of healthcare, business sales and/or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a healthcare referral development professional who is engaging, focused, and credible
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- CRM experience preferred
- Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorder experience a plus
- Experience interfacing with criminal justice a plus
- Ability to develop referral relationships, manage territory plans, and meet KPIs
- Compliance with HIPAA, STARK, and other healthcare regulations
