Job Summary
Oversees Partnership Management to lead a team of Partnership Facilitators, serving partner organizations and strengthening local ownership, capacity, and resources. Provides strategic direction through subordinate managers, hires and develops staff, manages budgets, ensures child-protection compliance, and collaborates with senior leaders to align resources with Compassion’s strategies. The role drives partner outcomes, coordinates cross-functional support, and leads program cycle activities (needs assessment through evaluation) while building relationships with partners and staff to strengthen partner maturity and program effectiveness in Sri Lanka. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a related Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English; travel up to 20% is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, program management, NGO operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English languages
- Certification from a nationally or internationally recognized organization in a related field
- Equivalent education, training and/or certification may be substituted for experience and education shown above
- Travel up to 20% of normal schedule
