Job Summary
Collect and file non-disclosure agreements, diligence documents, and closing materials while maintaining auditable pipeline records. Assemble quarterly board packets from dashboard outputs and support post-closing administration, including document execution tracking. Maintain CRM hygiene, enter portfolio company data into SharePoint and Power BI dashboards, and manage the NCUA Part 712 compliance tracker. Execute vendor readiness handoffs, monitor renewal dates, and schedule quarterly founder check-ins. Coordinate podcast production, social content publishing, and newsletter distribution using established workflows. This role supports One Washington Financial (OWF), WSECU's CUSO holding company, ensuring operational consistency for fintech partnerships and credit union innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in operations, executive support, project coordination, or program administration in a professional services, financial services, or startup environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize independently without day-to-day supervision
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, CoPilot Studios and SharePoint
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in recordkeeping and data entry
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Employee must reside and perform all work in the state of Washington
- Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, full-time minimum 40 hours per week
