Manager of Outpatient Therapy Services - FT | San Antonio Med Center Rehab

Manage therapy department operations, coordinate service delivery for age-appropriate populations, and oversee administrative duties consistent with state practice acts and PAM Health policies. Provide direct patient care in outpatient therapy settings while supervising personnel to optimize team performance and establish positive working relationships with staff, management, and patient families. Develop programs for maximal rehabilitation results, analyze client needs, and execute evidence-based practices to support patient recovery. Requires current state license as PT, OTR, SLP, PTA, or OTA, plus 3-5 years of clinical experience and supervisory skills.
