Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 41 clinical and support staff while overseeing daily department operations, staffing, patient experience, quality, safety, productivity, and financial performance. Partner closely with physicians and advanced practice providers to support new programs, procedures, technology, and operational improvements. Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Compliance, and IT to implement initiatives, manage operating and capital budgets, and use data metrics to identify workflow opportunities. Guide the team through change with clear communication and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention. Maintain regulatory compliance while advancing care delivery within Waukesha Memorial Hospital's outpatient Women's Services team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or five years of formal healthcare leadership experience in lieu of a degree
- Previous healthcare operations or clinical leadership experience
