Manager of Operational Excellence - Remote

Analyze key performance drivers including census trends, intake conversion, discharge patterns, provider productivity, scheduling utilization, revenue cycle performance, and cost structures. Identify emerging operational risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain organizational performance. Conduct root cause analyses to develop sustainable corrective action plans and lead change management for new operational processes. Drive accountability through routine performance scorecards and metric-based management practices. Recommend and implement process automation opportunities to reduce administrative burden. Mentor operational leaders in developing performance improvement capabilities and assist in the integration of newly acquired clinics. Develop scalable playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation to strengthen organizational discipline. Create executive-level presentations and business cases to support strategic planning and leadership decision-making. This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience and is open to candidates with PMP certification. The position is remote with quarterly travel to the corporate office in Greenville, SC.
