Job Summary
Manager of Online Services responsible for maintaining and ensuring effective administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other online services. Duties include testing and posting new content, troubleshooting user issues, ensuring accurate audience assignments and assessment scoring, documenting processes, developing reports, and coordinating with LMS vendor (GNOSIS). Oversees vendor management for online learning content, manages the Online Manual product line, and oversees the internal SharePoint system. Collaborates with education staff, regulatory, and subject matter experts to create and manage system-level learning assignments, and identifies improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of experience with learning management systems and/or software applications including data/content management
