Job Summary
Manager of Maternal and Child Health leading design, implementation, and evaluation of maternal/child health and doula programs across JRCHC clinical spaces and affiliated sites. Responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based practices, building partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers, representing the center at advocacy events, collaborating with grants management to monitor outcomes and prepare reports, developing educational materials and workshops, advocating for policies promoting health equity and access to doula services, supervising staff including community health workers and doulas, and aligning initiatives with organizational goals. The role supports program sustainability through leveraging billable patient encounters, collaborates with clinical operations, and participates in strategic planning and special projects as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in program/project management in a public health, nonprofit, or community setting
- Experience developing and implementing community health programming
- Background working with diverse, multilingual, and multicultural populations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities
