Manager of Major Gifts and Planned Giving

Develop and execute the annual major gifts and planned giving strategy to secure significant donations for The Washington Ballet. Cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, foundations, and corporate partners to identify and pursue major gift opportunities. Manage the full lifecycle of planned giving programs, including estate planning consultations and donor retention initiatives. Coordinate with development staff to track donor progress and present customized proposals. This role requires a strong background in arts administration and major gift solicitation.
